Steven C. Swann, has over twenty-seven years experience in management and project consulting in the strategic use of Database, Digital Media and Telecommunications technologies in the Retail, Technology, Banking and Broadcasting Industries.

He has managed global technology projects in the U.S., England, France and China with companies such as GE Power Systems, Verizon, Apple Computer, Inc., American Savings, OCN and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He has designed, implemented and administered enterprise corporate databases and television production facilities as well as financial operation centers and data, voice and satellite communications systems.

Some accomplishments include:

• Basel II project implementation with major banking group
• Co-Author of a Modified Six Sigma for software Development for GE
• Experience in CRM Project Management at the Enterprise level
• Pioneering of the Data Systems Design of the first US Regional 24 hr News Channel
• Extensive experience in Private Satellite network broadcast systems and production operations
• The designing and Promoting of the first AVID Digital Editing Systems for Broadcast Production
• Designed, Built and Managed a Major Computer Based Corporate Television Production facility
• Project Managed the Implementation of a Major Corporate Optical Fiber System
• Designed and Implemented 10,000 port major digital voice/data switching NOC
• Managed the largest Private Satellite Network, with 3,000+ downlink facilities
• Implemented and Managed the first Digital Switching Systems installed in Utah
• Designed and Implemented the 1st S&L ATM Network in Utah
• Project Managed the first Utah S&L development and implementation of On-Line Banking

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah has done postgraduate studies at San Jose Sate University in Technology Management and is currently enrolled and completing the Stanford Advanced Project Management Program. He also holds a CDP certification from the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) and other certifications from Motorola, AT&T, and Apple Computer.

He was 3 yrs as National President, Vice President and Director with the IUG Telecom Organization and 4 yrs as Chapter President, Vice President and Director in the Association of Information Technology Professionals.
